About the Job

Flash is the comic relief and energy boost of HEATWAVE. He’s the one cracking jokes, lightening the mood, and keeping things from getting too heavy when tensions rise. Funny, charismatic, and physically expressive, Flash relies on humor to fit in — and sometimes to hide his own insecurities. He joined HEATWAVE later than the others, which leaves him feeling like he still has something to prove. While he doesn’t come from money or connections like Isaiah, Flash brings undeniable value through his movement and performance. He’s the strongest dancer in the group and thrives on stage, even if he’s less serious off it. Flash tends to side with Quinton when Isaiah becomes dismissive, using humor as a shield and distraction. Beneath the jokes, Flash genuinely wants the band to succeed — not for fame, but for stability, belonging, and a future beyond where he came from.
